Jirafe is an ecommerce intelligence solution used by everyone from GE and IBM to Nasty Gal and Joe Fresh. While it's an incredibly useful tool, their old website did little to communicate the product's value and was an overwhelming experience to the user. My team was tasked with refreshing the brand, simplifying their product tours, and creating a new website to differentiate it from competitors.
In order to collect all of the information needed from a prospective client to determine the product's price and capabilities, we "gamified" the data collection flow so that if felt less like filling out a form and more like fun, interactive questions.
We used quick, 20-second video clips of the product throughout the site to show how the tool functions.
