My sister Mary Kate and I co-authored Feeding the Dragon, a 290-page book about our culinary adventures in China. It was published by Andrews Mcmeel Publishing and was the #1 Asian cookbook on Amazon when it was released. The book has stories, photos, and over 100 recipes that we painstakingly collected and then refined for non-Chinese cooks. We took all of the photos in the book ourselves (except for the cover) and I art directed the book's design.
